Hi! I’m Brooklyn, a Registered Massage therapist (RMT).
Being born and raised in the Cowichan Valley I am very excited to announce that I am currently accepting new clients in the City of Duncan.
I have been Registered Massage Therapist on Vancouver Island, based in Langford, since the Sumer of 2023.
My focus and experience involves treating a variety of conditions including chronic pain and tension, headaches and migraines, postural imbalances, and subacute injury rehabilitation.
My approach to treatment focuses on down-regulation of the nervous system with therapeutic techniques focusing on joint decompression, more targeted trigger point therapy, and passive movements. I tailor each treatment to the specific needs of the patient.
I am committed to working with patients to develop a treatment plan that supports their individual goals for rehabilitation, mobility, and optimal function.
In my free time, I enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring Vancouver Island, hiking up mountains, digging in the garden, and playing with my dog, Penny.
